HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It is common practice in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for Landlords’ agents and Tenants’ agents to cooperate in leasing property. Most Landlords factor a leasing fee into their lease transactions for payment to both the Landlord’s agent and the Tenant’s agent. Normally, the leasing fee is split equally between the Landlord’s agent and the Tenant’s agent. In nearly all cases we, as the Tenant’s Representative, receive our full fee from the Landlord. this normally results in no cost to you.
